Shipping
Thank you for choosing to support Karepango – your patronage is greatly appreciated! Below are the essential terms and conditions that shape our shipping policies. We kindly ask for your understanding and respect for these policies and fulfillment times. Remember, we are a small business working diligently to ensure a smooth and satisfactory purchasing experience for you.
All orders are shipped from Jersey City, New Jersey, USA, and I personally handle every part of the process. Please allow between 1-3 days for the fulfillment of NON-PREORDER items, excluding the shipping time. I manually pack, prepare, and dispatch each order, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order departs from my studio.
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- USA: approximately 5-7 business days
- International: approximately 3-5 weeks
These shipping times are subject to change due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. PREORDER items have their estimated shipping dates displayed on the PREORDER STATUS page and as a pop-up during ordering. Please note that PREORDER items can take several months to ship.
If you prefer to receive ready-to-ship items sooner, we recommend ordering them separately; otherwise, all items will be shipped together once available.

Customer Responsibilities:
- Please ensure the shipping address provided with your order is correct. If an error results in your package being returned, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
- Track your order using the shipment details provided in your order confirmation email.
- If you encounter any issues with your order, such as damage, unmet expectations, or missing items, please contact me promptly. Failure to reach out within 20 days of delivery may prevent us from accommodating your concerns.
Unfortunately, once parcels are fulfilled and dropped off at the postal service, we cannot control their handling. Karepango is not responsible for any misplaced or lost orders delivered through third-party services and thus cannot offer replacements or refunds in such events. However, rest assured, I will do my best to investigate the situation and file a claim when possible.
