1. Question: What is the process for ordering from your website?

Answer: Ordering from our website is as simple as a few clicks! Navigate through our collections and select your favorite items. Add them to your cart and, once you're done shopping, proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping and payment details, review your order, and click 'place order'. You'll receive an order confirmation and, once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation.

2. Question: I've made a mistake on my order, can I change it?

Answer: If you've made a mistake on your order or changed your mind about something, contact us ASAP via Instagram DMs @karepango. If your order hasn't been processed and shipped, we can make changes. However, once it's been shipped, we're unable to modify your order.

3. Question: What's the delivery time for my order?

Answer: For non-preorder items, our fulfillment time is between 1-3 days, which doesn't include shipping time. Shipping times within the USA are typically around 5-7 business days, while international orders can take around 3-5 weeks. Please note, these times might vary due to the current COVID-19 situation.

5. Question: Do you offer returns or refunds?

Answer: While we do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you, once it's been handed over to the postal service, we unfortunately can't control its journey. If your order does get lost, we're more than willing to help you investigate the issue, but please understand that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost parcels.
