Refunds + Returns
Changed your mind about your purchase? Please reach out to us as soon as possible via Instagram DMs @karepango, and we can arrange for your order to be cancelled and refunded before it's shipped. If your order has already been processed and dispatched, we regret that we cannot cancel it. Please remember that our products are typically made-to-order. After processing a cancellation, the refunded amount should appear in your account within 3-10 days.
Refunds & Returns:
We unfortunately cannot offer refunds or returns on orders that were accurately fulfilled or undamaged. This policy is in place due to our made-to-order, low-stock items, which sell out quickly and often don't allow for size or item exchanges. Thus, we kindly ask that you confirm the correctness of your order before purchasing. Please bear in mind the constraints of our small business operations.
However, we will happily accept returns and refunds under certain conditions:
- If you received damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us immediately, providing photos and your order number.
- To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For orders that contain incorrect items, we will dispatch the correct items along with a return slip for the unused received items.
- Please note that we are not responsible for refunds related to incorrect or undeliverable shipping addresses provided by the buyer.
To initiate a return, please contact us via Instagram DMs @karepango. If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
