Events Manager

This is on-site and people-leadership work, not a remote admin job.

You’ll own event operations and SoCal hub / office infrastructure for events: moving gear and merch in and out of the hub, staffing and supervising Event Salesmembers, day-of booth and ops plans, live coordination with venues and vendors, travel and driving when needed, and merchandise handoffs for shows. When you’re not on site yourself, you still make sure there’s a clear on-site contact, instructions, and escalation coverage.

What success looks like: reliable event coverage, Salesmembers who know what to do, clean cash and sales reporting, and a booth that represents the brand well. Accurate cash and sales reporting is non-negotiable; not reporting accurate cash sales is grounds for immediate termination.

Good fit if you like owning live ops, coaching people in the moment, and solving problems on the floor. Less of a fit if you want a fully remote marketing or desk-admin role.

Event Salesmember

We’re especially looking in:
Los Angeles region · San Diego · SF Bay Area · Seattle · Chicago · Boston · NYC · Orlando · Greater Texas cities

This is booth and floor work at conventions, markets, pop-ups, and other sales events. Depending on your geography, some months will be busier than others. Ideally, we are looking for individuals who can commit to part-time event work.

You’ll be the face of Karepango on site: show up for your shifts, greet customers, explain products and the brand story, run sales through the approved POS, protect inventory and cash, and help with setup and breakdown. Travel may be assigned and agreed in advance; driving may be required depending on the event.

What success looks like: strong customer service, accurate sales and cash reporting after every shift, secure merch and funds, and professional brand representation on the floor. Accurate cash and sales reporting is non-negotiable; not reporting accurate cash sales is grounds for immediate termination.

Good fit if you’re comfortable on your feet for long event days, like talking with people, and take care with money and product. Less of a fit if you’re looking for remote marketing, inventory-system admin, or a management track in this role.

Marketing Manager

This role holds the marketing calendar and the creative bar for the brand. You’ll plan what we say and when — launches, drops, events, ongoing stories — brief the work, chase deadlines, and keep the thread from idea to something shippable. You’re the person who knows what’s coming and what’s blocked.

You’ll work across creative and channel needs (social, email, site, partners), keep partner and creator relationships warm with real follow-through, and bring options when taste is on the line. Leadership keeps final brand yes; you bring clear packs and recommendations so decisions don’t sit in limbo. This is a lean seat: ship the useful version, cut busywork, protect focus.

Good fit if you move fast, love representing a brand with heart, and can hold both calendar discipline and creative care.

Inventory Control Coordinator

This role keeps product truth honest across storage, hub, and fulfillment partners. You’ll watch stock levels and movement signals, chase what’s stuck (purchase orders, receiving, labels/barcodes), and make sure handoffs match what’s actually on the shelf. When numbers and reality disagree, you dig in until they match.

You’ll coordinate with warehouses and 3PLs, keep a clean trail of what’s inbound and outbound, and surface real blockers early — freight, missing POs, bad labels — with a next step attached. Some work is remote admin; some is stepping into a warehouse or hub visit when a count, walkthrough, or handoff needs eyes on site. Spend and final approve clicks stay with leadership; you prep the recommendation so the call is easy.

Good fit if you’re precise, calm when logistics get messy, and treat inventory like a hawk.

Retail Outreach Lead

This role grows retail through real relationships — in person whenever it counts. You’ll meet buyers and shop owners, pitch the line with care, listen for fit, negotiate next steps, and keep accounts warm after the first yes. You’re representing the table we invite people to, not blasting cold lists.

You’ll build and work a target account list, prep pitch materials that stay on-brand, follow up cleanly, and flag when an account needs product, pricing, or leadership judgment. Travel and in-store visits are part of the job when assigned; remote email alone is not enough for this seat. Final terms and big commitments stay with leadership; you own the relationship and the pipeline.
